Where do I start! I had been looking forward to Chris and Jenni’s wedding day for MONTHS! Every time I’d pass by the gorgeous World Food Prize building on the banks of the Des Monies River right in the heart of downtown I’d get excited to photograph Chris and Jenni’s wedding reception there! Same goes for the stunning St. Ambrose Cathedral.

Every moment of this wedding day was filled with laughter, photogenic moments, and gorgeous details. Jenni really did a phenomenal job planning everything out – totally a photographer’s dream wedding! From beautiful custom art work on the invitations, to an awesome convertible red Mustang get-away car, to a grand staircase entrance everything was just perfection!

But the most important perfection of the day was Chris and Jenni. After capturing them during their engagement session last fall I knew shooting their wedding day portraits was going to be a breeze. Such genuine, easy connection between them. Such an honor to capture that emotion.
