Paige, the gorgeous bride of this wedding day, is the most organized, on top of it, get-er-done, bride I have ever encountered. Literally one week after Kevin proposed (on new years) her entire wedding was planned – vendors booked, venues set, everything laid out perfectly. Makes sense because she is indeed an Event Manager for a living. So needless to say, working with Kevin and Paige was a breeze. Gorgeous wedding day, fantastic couple, great planning, and awesome energy all came together and made the photos that much more amazing!

The ceremony was at my childhood church, Ankeny First United Methodist Church, and the reception at the Downtown Des Moiens Marriott – and never before have I seen such a gorgeously adorned reception hall. Loved the flowers, lighting, and the CAKEBALL CAKE!! Did you know that one cakeball is equivalent to about two slices of cake because they’re much more dense. And it’s impossible to eat only one (or three) cakeballs. Four or five is usually good (ie. ten pieces of cake…. haha!)
