I met Jodi in Italy so needless to say I was excited to photograph her wedding. After having the pleasure of photographing the couple’s engagement photos earlier this past fall I was ready and rearing to go for their wedding day. Ryan and Jodi’s wedding day took place on a chilly Iowa January day at Celebration Farm just outside of Iowa City. Hair and makeup was done to perfection by McTee A Boutique. The wedding party was super fun, venue perfect, the ceremony was touching and oh so genuine (did I mention the Groom’s father married the two). It even started lightly snowing during our portrait session (Thanks, guys, for bearing the cold for the photos!). On a personal note, we also had a little CIMBA reunion! Several great friends I studied abroad with in Italy attended the wedding. It’s always wonderful to catch up with old friends. The very best to Ryan and Jodi!
